• "How long do orders take to ship?"

All orders usually ship out 2-3 business days after the order was placed. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation, and another when the order ships out. 

• ​"What happens if something in my order arrives broken?"

All orders are inspected before being very carefully wrapped and secure prior to shipment, in the rare event that your glass comes broken, you will have 24 hours from delivery to email us and get it taken care of for you.
